Us Stone Bridge Recruitment, whose clients include Devon based Rok, Midas and Bovis Land & Lease, is dedicated to providing the complete solution and accelerating career development for construction and engineering industry professionals through communication, time and research, whilst supporting the people in the construction and engineering communities of the south of England and south Wales as well as promoting the region as a place to live and work. Stone Bridge was founded in 2002 by Anmarie Price to provide recruitment solutions to construction companies in South West and Wales. In the last three years, Anmarie has developed a strong team of like minded consultants and built up a considerable portfolio of locally based clients. The company has gone from strength to strength due to its open honest approach and personal service. Most importantly, Stone Bridge is a client/candidate led consultancy and, due to the unique way we work, we are currently working with clients and candidates across the whole of the South of England and Wales ensuring consistency and continuity on all our placements. The company is currently working along side a number of key players in both the construction and government sectors such as: The ROK Group, Midas Construction, Connaught Property Services and in June 2003 became a first tier supplier for Devon County Council – Devon Property Services. Stone Bridge is one of the first UK recruitment specialist to join forces with a leading Australian multi-national in a bid to combat the region’s construction and engineering skills shortage. The firm’s Australian partner is Chandler MacLeod with 54 offices in Australia and New Zealand. The union will attempt to combat the skills shortage in both construction and engineering in both the UK and Australia/New Zealand. The search is now on for candidates who want to work in Australia and New Zealand, and Chandler MacLeod has a team of people searching for skilled candidates who would be interested in relocating to the South West of England.
